Mike is the great-great-great grandson of James Skinner. Like his legendary ancestor, he too was drawn to the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. Today, he carries on the family winemaking tradition in a place just down the road from the original ranch and vineyard. When he’s not managing the family wine business, Mike is the Founder and President of M.G. Skinner & Associates, one of the premier commercial insurance providers on the West Coast.
