Kevin Skinner is focused on two important areas at Skinner Vineyards and Winery. First, he works on the environmental aspects that keep Skinner moving toward ever-more sustainable practices. Second, he is the liaison on safety issues between Skinner and the community, particularly important during the construction of our winery and tasting room.

He has worked for the Salinas Fire Department for the past fifteen years and now serves as a Captain. He also works with the California Urban Search and Rescue Task Force 4 as a canine handler. Kevin is very active in his local community and played a key role in establishing memorials for fallen firefighting comrades, including the 343 firefighters that died on 9/11.

Kevin and his wife Kathy have two young sons.
